We are part of Rother Valley Organics who currently provide their own organic Aberdeen Angus beef and also supply our wonderful organic Sussex pig, Southdowns lamb and organic chickens for spit roast, as well as organic beef and lamb burgers, organic sausages and scrumptious organic bacon (which one customer described as "tasting just like bacon in the old days"!) for the grill, all from their own butchery.
